I was traveling back from a 2-week vacation when I heard about Kansai Sky View Hall. Since I was not in a hurry, I dropped by to enjoy the view. The Sky View Observation Hall offers an impressive panoramic view of the airport. If you are into aircraft spotting, you may call this place your very own “first class seat” from which to watch the planes taking off and landing. The observation hall can be reached by shuttle bus from bus stop number 1, outside the Passenger Terminal Building.
Here’s one of my favorite Christmas hymns ” Silent Night”. I sang this song in our Christmas program a few days ago. I hope you like it. Merry Christmas!!

Yesterday, we visited Shimonoseki City, one of the places to see in Yamaguchi Prefecture. From Moji, we crossed the sea using the underwater tunnel. It took us about 5 minutes drive to cross the sea that separates Kyushu Region from Yamaguchi prefecture. Then the beautiful city of Shimonoseki welcomed us on the other side. The weather was quite cloudy and dark but we enjoyed our visit so much.
A year ago, I posted an article about the Saga Balloon Festival. And since this festival is a yearly event, I decided to write something about it again. As you look at the photos below, you can see a much bigger balloon festival than last year. The Hot Air Balloon World Championship is happening here in Saga city, Japan right now. In fact, I’ve been seeing hundreds of pilots and beautiful balloons flying in the air and competing for each other every day. Here’re some photos I’ve got at the festival.
