Pray For Kumamoto

FYI, Life must go on

A deadly earthquake struck the Southern part of Japan on Thursday evening. Hundreds of aftershocks have taken place in the past few days. One of which happened yesterday at around 1:30 in the morning. The said aftershock destroyed many houses and killed many people in Kumamoto prefecture. Let’s pray for them and the on-going rescue operations in the area.

Saikai Bridge, Sasebo Japan

FYI, Travel

The Saikai Bridge is an arch bridge. It was completed in 1955. Saikai Bridge is also famous in Japan because it was featured in the classic movie “Rodan-the flying monster”.

FYI, Life must go on
March 11, 2:46 pm, Japan time.
The whole country observed a moment of silence to remember the people who have been killed by the tsunami on March 11, 2011. Everywhere, from Hokkaido to Okinawa, was so quiet. We could only hear the sound of the emergency siren from afar.
I hope and pray that God will protect Japan and the world. I pray that no quake and tsunami would ever happen again everywhere.
